By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that:
- **No Refunds**: Once your order is placed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued.
- **No Exchanges**: We do not offer product exchanges for any reason,  
- **Custom Orders**: All custom-built products are manufactured based on your specific requests and cannot be returned or exchanged once production begins.
- **Shipping Damages**: Buyers MUST request and pay for shipping insurance. If buyers do not request and pay for shipping insurance, and the item(s) arrived damaged, Wicked Motor Works, will not be held liable, as they have no affiliation with shipping companies. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must take it up with the shipper, not Wicked Motor Works.
**Wicked Motor Works** reserves the right to refuse any claims for damages or defects that are deemed to be the result of improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
